Bookmarks for today

Some things I’ve bookmarked recently:

  • You Bar – Customized Nutrition Bars, Trail Mix & Custom Protein Shakes [link removed] – Following last month’s customizable food find ( [link removed]), I found this site. A bit pricey, but quite reasonable considering what they’re doing. (Granted, if you’re talented enough in the kitchen, you could just make your own. But, if you’re not talented, or you’re just lazy, this could be a great site for you.)

  1. Mixmygranola rocks. The “recovery mix” was good. It was the only one where the oats weren’t cooked. I think my favorite was the pre-race mix.

    1. Liz, I am so glad that you liked the granola. I haven’t tried mine yet. I was out of yogurt (which is what I eat my granola with), and now that I’ve made some, it doesn’t taste right yet (Googling a solution for that right now), so… I am still inexperienced. But it’s good to know that you enjoyed it. I know you’ve tried lots of co-op kinds, so it’s good that the mixmygranola compares well to that. A bit pricey, but still fun.
