Some things I’ve bookmarked recently:
- Sleep More, Weigh Less | Healthy and Green Living – Just what I needed, another thing to blame those extra pounds on. Between the significant change to my sleep pattern just after getting married, and the addition of a car to my life just before, I think I can safely blame those 10-15 pounds on that.However, this does not absolve me of the responsibility to do the work to remove said pounds, if that is what I desire. Bummer.
