Work is driving me absolutely batty today. I might just lose it. That’s all I have to say about that.
I finally took some pictures this weekend of progress I’ve made on the Doll Quilt Swap. They’re not good, since daylight is still fleeting (and these were taken in the middle of the afternoon, curtains and blinds open, with extra lamps on), but that’s what you get here in Minnesota.
I also picked out my fabrics for the Mini Quilt In A Bag Swap and packaged them up to send to my partner, Tom, who has his ready as well.
After doing plenty of homework this weekend, I rewarded myself with a trip to JoAnns, where I bought lots of fabric. It’s so pretty! I won’t bore you with pictures of it though. Instead, I’ll wrap up with a picture from the wedding a few weeks ago. The fall weather was absolutely gorgeous (though a bit chilly), and the flower girls just couldn’t get enough.
All the pictures from our trip are finally uploaded to Flickr, tagged and geotagged. But, I’m feeling lazy about finishing up the posts from the trip, so you’ll have to wait just a little longer for the rest of the Frederik Meijer Gardens, the wedding itself, and my “colorwork” post.
