I read a lot of stuff on the internet in the last several weeks, and I pdf-ed it all so I could blog about it later. Well, later has finally arrived. My desktop is cluttered with all the little pdf icons, so it’s time to share. I had deep and profound things to say about them, but that has all been forgotten. Bummer.
- Hotel Rwanda Hero Urges Justice (from the BBC)
- First Khmer Rouge Leader Charged (from the BBC)
- Cursed, Yet Blessed, on AIDS (from Time Magazine)
- Putin’s Artic Invasion (from The Daily Mail)
- Antidepressants could complicate pregnancy, studies say (from Star Tribune)
- Women who leave careers face hard road back (from Pioneer Press) – This one is the scary statistic: 40%, women who get full-time jobs
- 11 “Don’t-Tell-the-Husband” Secrets All Wives Keep (from WebMD and Redbook) – I only found about half of these to be true, but then again I’m not actually a wife yet. Ask me again in 6 months.
- City condo or suburban house? How young buyers can decide (from Pioneer Press) – This didn’t actually help me decide anything.
- Get camping: What you need to camp in comfort (from Pioneer Press) – Great resource article for anyone looking to purchase camping equipment.
- 10 great campsites in Minnesota and Wisconsin (from Pioneer Press) – I’ve never been to any of these. Sounds like a good list.
- Kelly, You are an Analytical Visionary (from AT&T) – I’m not sure why AT&T wanted to help me figure this out, but they did. Here’s the link for you to figure it out for yourself (bonus points if you include your results in the comments). Of course, the second time I took it I was a “Creative Organizer.” I was frustrated with the choices….
