FYI

10 push-ups, for someone who has been physically unable to do them for the last 2 years, is a lot. (And, I don’t remember when the last time before my tendinitis I had actually done one.) BUT, my arms don’t hurt this morning. Yay. Now perhaps my arms will not look so small and yet also flabby. Must be careful not to overdo. We need no repeats of that major flare-up.
