First positive Cingular customer service experience! I went to the kiosk-dealy in the Skyway and he took my phone apart and put it back together and it works! (He also tried to sell me on a regular plan instead of the prepaid, but he’s just doing his job I suppose.) I’ll have to go back there if I want to buy any accessories, just because he was nice and fixed things for me. Yay!
